Good Morning Ms. Bell,
I pray you had a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend. I did the personal assessment and scored 83. I do utilize downline manager. There are currently 8 members on the team who are pursuing leadership titles. Here are the qualities that I look for in a prospective leader: that they're teachable, self-motivated and dependable.

Wow! My team and I certainly look impressive on the CASSIE 1000 report. I'll be sure to ask my manager for this report for myself and the other leadership reps on the team. It's a great motivator.

I'd like to think I can repeat a 89% rate of unit activity. But to be honest with you I'm not sure of what exactly I'm doing to inspire that performance. Is this the kind of actions you're referring to? I call my teammates every campaign, we have a monthly unit meeting and I send out a newsletter ranking everyone with sales of $150 or greater. Please advise.

In the area of converting new recruits to leaders I've devised a plan. At the time of appointment, I ask them if they'd like to earn a little or a lot. When they express wanting to earn a lot I direct them to what I've termed the "fast track". On the fast track we schedule a Grand Opening and choose 5 names from the customer development log who we can call together to present the Avon opportunity within a week of the appointment. I also advise them to reinvest their earning from the 1st campaign back into the business by ordering each of the bundles of products and samples in the "jump start your business booklet, the career success kit and 100 brochures. The bundles are packaged and displayed at the Grand opening. The bundles are only available at the price we've determined the day of the party. I've learned that when I instruct them on the best path to building their business instead of giving to many options I get a quicker and better buy in. What are your thoughts on this process?

My district manager is Janice Scotto and Sheila Eckert is the division manager.
